Food and drink

Fans are generally allowed to bring their own snacks and non-alcoholic beverages, which can help save money and ensure you have something you like on hand. If you prefer not to carry supplies, the Speedway and surrounding Concord area offer plenty of options inside the venue, including barbecue, burgers, pizza, fries, beer, soft drinks, and more. Water fountains are available throughout the concourse for refilling bottles. Note that glass containers and large coolers are not permitted, and security checks take place at all entrances, so pack light and use soft, easy-to-carry bags.

Communication

It’s a good idea to download your tickets, schedules, and circuit maps before arriving. Mobile networks can become congested when large crowds gather, so having offline access helps avoid inconvenience. Humidity tends to be higher than in autumn, and brief afternoon showers or thunderstorms are possible, so having a lightweight poncho or rain jacket is sensible. Sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat are strongly recommended for sun protection, and staying well hydrated throughout the day is essential – a refillable water bottle can be especially helpful in the warmer conditions.
